Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Blue Circle Medi Services Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide quality healthcare services and ensure a smooth experience for all our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to appointments, online consultations, laboratory services, and product purchases.


1. Appointment Cancellation

Customers may cancel their scheduled appointments through the website, mobile application, or by contacting our support team.

  • Appointments cancelled before the scheduled consultation time may be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of appointment and the cancellation timing.
  • Late cancellations made shortly before the scheduled appointment may attract cancellation charges.
  • If a customer fails to attend the appointment without prior cancellation (No-Show), the consultation fee may not be refunded.

2. Online Consultation Refund

Refunds for online consultations may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The Healthcare Professional (HCP) was unavailable for the scheduled consultation.
  • The consultation could not be completed due to technical or service-related issues.
  • The consultation was reported as incomplete or unsatisfactory after verification.
  • Customers demonstrating abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour during the consultation shall not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the consultation.
  • Approved refunds will generally be processed within 3–7 working days.

3. Lab Test Cancellation

  • If a lab test is cancelled before sample collection, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
  • If cancellation is requested after sample collection, no refund will normally be provided unless otherwise specified by the laboratory.
  • Refunds relating to laboratory processing or reporting issues shall be governed by the respective laboratory's refund policy.
  • Any issues arising during sample collection, processing, or reporting will be reviewed in coordination with the laboratory.

4. Product Return & Refund

Eligible for Return or Refund
  • Product received in damaged or defective condition.
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Product lost or damaged during transit.
Not Eligible for Return or Refund
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
  • Change in doctor's prescription after purchase.
  • Opened or used products.
  • Partially consumed products.
  • Products returned without original packaging, labels, invoice, or manufacturer seals.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Registered Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Order ID / Appointment ID
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request
  • Supporting documents or photographs (if applicable)
